Saying Wytse is a graphic designer wouldn’t do him justice. What he does goes beyond graphic design. He is by far my favorite Frisian graphic artist.

Wytse’s gig posters are in my opinion what I think a gig poster should be. They’re bright, bold and exciting. They make you want to go to the show they’re advertising, and they make you want to buy and hang them up as art as well. It’s rare that a gig poster can actually succeed at doing both, but Wytse’s posters accomplish those two things and then some.

Already a killer artist when he first burst onto the scene, Wytse somehow manages to grow with every single thing he puts out. Just imagine where he’ll be five or ten years from now.
